acting as underwriters’ counsel in relation to the listing of a renowned real estate developer focused on property development in the United Kingdom and Australia, a leading credit reporting agency and an integrated logistics operator headquartered in Malaysia on the Main Market.
advised on the disposal of controlling interest in a Singapore public company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited by a wholly-owned subsidiary of a public-listed media company in Malaysia.
advised a renowned real estate developer in Malaysia on the renounceable rights issue of Islamic redeemable convertible preference shares.

Wai Teng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia in 2011. She was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2012.
