Andrew specializes in corporate and commercial disputes, particularly in the fields of company law, corporate insolvency, banking and securities law. He also regularly advises companies and private individuals on the requisitioning and conduct of general meetings and shareholders rights.
Andrew also has an active inheritance, wills and probate practice where he is often engaged in contentious probate and administration disputes.
Alongside his court practice, Andrew is also active in both domestic and international arbitration and has appeared before tribunals convened under the auspices of AIAC and SIAC.

Qualifications
Andrew graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE) and subsequently obtained his masters in commercial law from the same institution. He is Barrister-at-law of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010 and the Malaysian Bar in 2011.
