Carine Cheong Kay Wei is a part of the firm’s dispute resolution practice, primarily focusing on disputes related to company law, corporate insolvency, and shareholder matters.
Chong Mean Shan is a part of the firm’s real estate and banking finance practice, with a focus on providing services related to real estate, banking, and advisory.
Eugene Gan Mingyao is part of the firm’s capital markets and corporate practice, primarily focusing on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory.
