See See has been involved in the following matters:
- Advised both local and foreign companies and individuals in the negotiations and execution of sale and purchase agreement in connection with their acquisition and disposal of commercial properties (including office building, port, shop offices and retail units) and residential properties.
- Advised local and foreign companies in the negotiations and execution of the sale and purchase agreements in respect of company’s equity interest, trademark, goodwill, asset, machinery and business as well as drafting and reviewing of various commercial contracts.
- Acted for a public listed developer to develop non-scheduled sale and purchase agreements, deed of mutual covenant and tenancy/lease templates for their retail development.
- Assisted in advising local and foreign companies in the negotiations and execution of the tenancies, leases, joint ventures, joint development agreements and advisory on land matters which includes governmental compulsory acquisition of properties.
- Advised local and foreign banks and financial institutions in relation to various financing, both conventional and Islamic banking, some of which are listed below:
- Short Term Revolving Credit-i facility (based on Bai Inah concept) and Cash line credit (based on Al-Murabahah concept) totaling 50 million granted to a borrower for general working capital.
- Term loan facilities of RM200 Million to finance purchase of shares listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange through a mandatory general offer.
- Short Term Revolving Credit-i facility (based on Bai Inah concept) and Cash line credit (based on Al-Murabahah concept) totaling 50 million granted to a borrower for general working capital
- Banking facilities of RM100 Million for project financing.
- Other banking financing for capital expenditure of a large-scale solar project, margin share financing, purchase of assets and properties etc.
Qualifications
See See is a graduate from University of London, United Kingdom (external programme). She was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1999.
