Practice Focus
Nigel’s practise is focused mainly on dispute resolution across corporate, commercial and civil litigation where he acts for clients in matters involving shareholder disputes, boardroom tussles, regulatory enforcement, commercial contracts, intellectual property disputes, tortious claims, defamation and a variety of commercial litigation. He also represents clients in arbitration, advises clients on compliance with regulatory laws and drafting of contracts.
He read law in England under a full scholarship from the Central Bank of Malaysia where he later served 8 dedicated years, gaining experience in policy formulation, advisory and prosecution. Outside the law, Nigel is passionate about music and time permitting, volunteers to perform for a live audience.

Qualifications
Nigel graduated from the University of Warwick, England (Hons) in 2010 with a 2:1. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2012 and obtained a 1st class Master of Laws in International Legal Practice in 2019 writing a thesis on Dispute Resolution in Islamic Finance. He is currently an advocate and solicitor of Malaya.
