He has represented clients in high-stakes litigation involving minority oppression claims, shareholder disputes, the Malaysian Competition Commission, and government-related public and administrative law matters. He recently acted as co-counsel in successfully challenging a state government directive that resulted in a significant ruling. Qualifications
Danial graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2019.
