We are pleased to announce the admission of our new Partner, Ooi Chia Rou and the promotion of our Associates, Chong Chun Shien and Elena Siah Hui Lynn, to Senior Associates, with effect from 1 January 2026.
Ooi Chia Rou’s is in the practice of banking & finance with primary focus on financing transactions where she regularly advises local and international financial institutions as well as borrowers on cross-border corporate, real estate, project, Islamic and acquisition financings. Chia Rou is also experienced in corporate, securities and real estate practices, such as debt capital market transactions and real estate transactions.
Chong Chun Shien is part of the firm’s real estate, capital markets and corporate practice, with focus on mergers & acquisitions.
Elena Siah Hui Lynn is in the firm’s banking and finance, capital markets and corporate practice.
