Vendee is a litigation partner focusing on 3 broad areas of dispute resolution – (i) corporate dispute; (ii) civil and commercial dispute; and (iii) professional negligence relating to auditors. Throughout her practice, Vendee has been involved in numerous complex corporate disputes, including directors and shareholders’ disputes, oppression suits, derivative actions, corporate fraud, prospectus liability, contentious insolvency and professional negligence relating to auditors as well as with capital market and securities law. The other key areas of her practice are construction and real estate disputes.
