Practice Focus

Ee Von’s practice focuses on contentious corporate litigation and company law disputes, with experience in advising companies and members on company general meetings, applications for derivative actions, oppression actions, claims against directors for breach of fiduciary duties and winding up.

 

Other key areas of her practice are the provision of advisory services and legal opinions to companies on regulatory and compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and the market listing requirements.
