We advise and act for clients in matters involving abuse of dominant position, vertical or horizontal agreements and the exemption under the Competition Act 2010 (Competition Act).

 

Our experiences include assisting and accompanying clients in investigations conducted by the Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC) under Sections 14, 18, 21, 22 and 26 of the Competition Act, appearing and conducting oral representation before the members of the MyCC under Section 37 of the Competition Act and representing clients in appeal before the Competition Appeal Commission.

 

We also challenge decisions made by MyCC and CAT through administrative procedure by way of application to the Court.

We have extensive experience dealing with all aspects of the lifecycle of a tax dispute with the authorities, the Inland Revenue Board and Royal Malaysian Customs Department.​
