Adriel’s areas of practice include banking & finance, corporate, securities as well as real estate.

Experience and Credentials
On the banking & finance front, Adriel has advised local and foreign banks as well as corporates on a variety of transactions, including club deals, syndication, offshore loans, project finance and Islamic finance. He also has experience in advising corporate clients on the acquisition and financing of aircrafts.
​
In real estate, Adriel’s clients include corporates and individuals in relation to the acquisition, disposition, ownership and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Malaysia, and property developers in respect of development projects in Malaysia and abroad.
​
Adriel is also familiar with corporate and commercial laws, having attended to various corporate finance related transactions, M&A transactions and matters involving cross jurisdictions, joint ventures and finance.
He has been recognised by IFLR 1000 as a Leading Lawyer Rising Star in 2017 and 2018 editions.

Qualifications
Adriel graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester. He also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bristol in commercial law.
He was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2003.
